BUG? Unable to Download converted files from https://cloud.acrobat.com/files

I have uploaded a few PDF files to the cloud and converted them to xlsx

When I go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files, select the xls files and click "Download", NOTHING HAPPENS!

Tried it on Google chrome and Firefox (Ubuntu 14.04)

Any solution?
