Button link to document returned a document that was not in my cloud nor in any way related

Question

I uploaded a document to the Document cloud and within that process sent a link to my brother (decades of IT support experience). When he took the link via the OPEN button, and before he could enter the password, what he got was the identifying passport page of someone from another country.

When I and another relative later tested our links, all was OK.

Has anyone else had this weird and worrying experience?

Thank you for reaching out.

As you have mentioned above, the link that you have shared with your brother has opened some other page before getting the enter the password page. Did he check if it happens again on opening the PDF?

If yes, would it be possible to share the video of the complete workflow your brother used? it will help to understand it better.
