Can files and folders saved in Adobe Reader be transferred or synch'd to Acrobat.com

Adobe reader has been installed on a number of iPads with the wrong AppleID and cannot be updated without being deleted and re-installed.  Adobe Reader has been used to store files within folders. Can they be transferred or synch'd to Acrobat.com to enable re-installation of Adobe Reader on iPad without losing all the saved files?
