Can I change a Adobe PDF Pack with Acrobat Pro DC?

Hi.

I tried the PDF merge with Word+Outlook using the Acrobat Pro DC trial, but I noticed I could have the same features with Adobe PDF Pack.

If I subscribe to its annual plan but later realized that I need the Acrobat Pro or Standard, can I change my plan or do I need to make a new one?
