Can I convert My TOC's in a word document to links

Hi I am writing long documents in Word and use TOC's to show my index.

How can I make them convert with their links in Adobe DC

It will happen automatically if you convert the file using the PDFMaker plugin (the Acrobat tab in the ribbon).
