can I edit text within an image that is fully bound

I downloaded the trial version of DC. I have scanned several documents in to PDF. I have a portion of a document that somehow is listed as an image but it has text within it I need to edit. Is this possible in DC?

Hi arthurb19779176,

If the OCR is not working on that part of the PDF then it won't be possible to edit the text. You will have to edit it as an image.

Tried that by can't make any changes to the text. Appears the only option is to retype in Word, insert graphics within Word, save as pdf to then manipulate. Very difficult to align changes.
