If you mean password protect your file, the answer is yes. You can do it via File - Properties - Security.

Hi team,

password protection is lower level protection.

Encryption of file is one level higher.

As I remember in older versions (may be pro) encryption was possible within save process.

Is ACROBAT PRO needed for encryption or is ACROBAT Std sufficient to do encryption?
