    Hi;

    That is exactly what "Adobe Fill & Sign" is for, you came to the right place: Adobe Fill & Sign

    Upload your PDF to Fill & Sign by clicking on the "Fill & Sign" tab and from there you can click the "Select a PDF Form to Fill Out" button where you will select your PDF (either from your local computer or from Acrobat.com Files if your PDF is already in Acrobat.com).

    Once your form is open in Fill & Sign simply click where you want to enter text and start typing.  There are tools across the top for adding check marks, X's etc for things like Radio buttons and check boxes (round where you fill in with a dot, and square where you use a check mark or X).  There is also a Signature tool you can use to Sign or Initial the form.

    Adobe Fill & Sign is a new product and is being improved with new features constantly and the form filling experience will be improved ongoing.

    Thanks,

    Josh
