Can I fill out a form partially, then save it and fill it out later?

This form will be used many times during the day, and I need each person's info to be separate and saved.

Hi Sheryl arnone,

Yes it is possible to save form data, if that PDF is Reader Rights Enabled.

Please refer this Link for more Information : Adobe Acrobat X Pro * Enable Reader users to save form data.

Hi Sheryl Arnone,

As i Understand, you want to save form data filled by different people, on your desktop location. Is that right?

I would also like to know that what version of Acrobat and Operating system are you using, so that i can assist you accordingly.

Hello Rahul,

This is a patient form where some of the info (name, address, phone) is filled in prior to an appointment; then after the appointment, the balance of the info (type of item sold, sale price of item, warranty info etc) is filled out.

I use a Mac Mini with OS 10.9.5. Used Acrobat Pro. However, the form itself is used at another location, and they are using Windows 7.

Let me know if you would like to see the actual form.

Thank you,

Sheryl Arnone
