Can I password protect a pdf with Adobe PDF Pack

I am deciding whether or not to purchase Adobe PDF Pack. I cannot seem to even email or chat with Adobe to ask a question before I buy. Instead, I have to come here to ask a question. Things are not off to a good start.

I need to be be able to

1. apply a password to PDFs (both existing PDFs or when creating a new PDF) **MOST IMPORTANT TO ME**

2. merge multiple PDFs

3. remove a page from a PDF

4. reorder pages in a PDF

5. convert a PDF to Word or Excel

Will the Adobe PDF Pack for $89.99 USD allow me to do the above?

    Hi Robert,

For all the above operations you need to use Acrobat Pro DC. Plans and pricing | Adobe Acrobat DC

    Thanks,

    Hi Robert,

Points 2,3,4,5 can be accomplished using PDFpack but for all the operations as Abhishek mentioned you will need Acrobat DC.
