Can I upgrade my subscription?

I have signed up for an export pdf subscription but I'm thinking of upgrading to PDF pack.  How do I do this?  The site seems to only allow my to take up a new subscription.

    I am able to change your subscription for you. Would you like me to do that? The Adobe PDF Pack subscription is $89.99 for the year.

    Hi Sara

    Would you also be able to help me with the attached? I have mistakenly set up two PDF converter subscriptions. Could you either upgrade the attached subscription and cancel the one referred to below?

    Hi Jackie,

    Your attachment didn't come through, but I see in your account that you do have two ExportPDF subscriptions. I upgraded the older subscription to PDF Pack, and canceled the newer subscription (so you could receive a full refund for that extra subscription).


    You should have access to that new PDF Pack subscription shortly, as soon as the order finishes processing.
