Hello, I am trying to figure out of my CC 1 year prepaid subscription allows me to install Acrobat on another computer in my office.

Hi Marc,

My apologies. I had to double-check. You can install the software on either Mac and PC and their two installs may be on different platforms and  use them at the same time. The secondary usage restriction, which I was referring to, doesn't apply to subscriptions.

Best,

Sara

Hi marcpalma,

Thanks for visiting the forums. If a second user in your office would be using Acrobat, that user would need a unique Adobe ID and password (which are used to buy the subscription and log in to Acrobat).

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Best,

Sara

Hi Sara,

Thanks for the reply. I see on a website: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/acrobat-pro-xi-subscription-faqs.html

this on the FAQ:

How many computers can I install my subscription on?

You can install your subscription software on up to two computers. See the license agreement for the product you want to subscribe to for more information.

is this not the same thing?
