Can I use the Combine Files feature to add a page to an existing .pdf file?

I have a .pdf document already created. I want to add a copyright page to it. I can convert a Word doc to a pdf. But I cannot add a page to an existing.pdf file. Can the Combine Files feature allow me to to add apge to an exiting .pdf file?
