Can not convert PDF's to Word
have been recieving an error code when attempting to convert documents for over a week subscription is up to date along with all computer system requirements

As per the description above, you are getting an error code when converting a PDF file into Word, Is that correct?
The record shows that you are subscribed to an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID, please try to convert the PDF into Word using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome or Firefox or Safari and see if this makes any difference.
What is the error message you are getting? Please share the screenshot of the error you get, to share the screenshot refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
Are you getting the error while converting one PDF file or with all the PDF file? Have you tried converting any other PDF file into Word?
If it's specific to one PDF file, is it possible to share the PDF file with us? To share the PDF file refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
