Can not view PDF on line.

I created a PDF file using the latest Adobe software and when I uploaded it you your cloud and tried to view it online, your software told me that it could not view the document, why is this so?

    Maybe the PDF is damaged?  I have no problems viewing my uploaded PDFs online at https://cloud.acrobat.com/

    That's how it looks:

    When you hover the pointer over a PDF file name on the uploaded file list, can you see a preview of the 1st page?

    The file can not be damaged as I sent it from within Adobe, using the send file tab on the right.  If it was damaged then the Adobe software would have damaged it and no preview is available once uploaded.  I have tried several time and the result is the same. If I download the file from their website to my computer or tablet it works fine.
