can only see text I've filled in; original pdf content missing

I uploaded a pdf form, opened it up and started filling it out.  Now when I come back to it, all that is visible is the text I've filled in. The original pdf content is not visible, so

I have just a bunch text I typed floating above and non-existent pdf.

OS X 10.9.5

    Hi;

    Can you share the original PDF with me so we can investigate?  Have you tried a different PDF just to see if it is happening with any file or just that one?  You submitted this feedback through the form as well so I'll email you directly.
