Can somebody please help?? Need to merge pdfs

Hi,

I purchased a month of "pdf Pack" so I could merge pdfs for a biz presentation I need asap.  When logging in to try and merge pdfs, the site is now telling me I have to subscribe (89/yr) to merge documents??
