I'm struggling to use any of the services properly that I have paid for. What a mess this company is, unbelievable. I need someone to call me to explain to me why it uploads stuff to a cloud which I then have to access and when logged in no documents are there! I have a pro account ( I think, not even sure as there are like a zillion different types) all I want is to be able to use F***** PDF, change documents, convert etc.

I don't work for Adobe but if you paid for Acrobat Pro, your stuff isn't on the cloud at all. You install a normal app (Acrobat Pro) and use it on your computer. You may have the option to save files to the web, but most people don't. If you paid for PDF Pack or ExportPDF your stuff is on the web. If you paid for Acrobat Plus you get both.
