Can't access PDF pack tools after logging into Acrobat Reader DC?

Purchased PDF Pack and have Adobe Reader DC installed, but the PDF Pack tools are still "purchasable." How do I activate my subscription?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to access pdf pack in acrobat reader, is that correct?

On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for pdf pack as well as acrobat pro dc ( currently cancelled)

Make sure you are using reader, not acrobat for pdf pack services. Adobe PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

For any troubleshooting, refer to- Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
