Can't access the app I just purchased.

I just purchased Adobe Export PDF, but when I try to use it I get a blank website with a never ending loop as if keeps trying to access but unsuccessful. I imagine that because this is set up in the cloud, my company security systems are stopping the access. Can I please have an actual attachment I can install to bypass this ? Or can you advice how to access the app without using the cloud?

    Hi Erikap,

    Great! Good to hear that the issue of Adobe ExportPDF is fixed, and you are able to use it.

    In order to upgrade the current Adobe Export PDF into Adobe PDF Pack, you may refer to the steps in the following link: Learn how to change your Adobe Creative Cloud plan

    And if this does not work due to the Security System in your company, you have to contact the support team for upgrade: Contact Customer Care

    Sign in with your Adobe Id and password, then choose Account Issues option>Change/Upgrade my Plan> then select Show me my contact options> and can select the option you want.

    Hi Erikap,

    As per the description above, you are not able to access the Adobe Export PDF, Is that correct?

    As you mentioned that you are not able to use the online service due to Company Security Systems, you can download the free desktop app of Adobe Reader DC and can use the Export PDF services, download Acrobat Reader DC: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

    Please sign in with your Adobe ID and password in Reader DC.

    Hi Anand,

    Thanks for your help. I was able to use Adobe Export PDF. Now I want to upgrade my subscription to the Adobe PDF Pack, but again, once I try to do the upgrade, the site goes into an infinite loop, unable to access.

    Please advise how to upgrade to Adobe PDF? It seems like my company security systems keep interfering not allowing the new software to be purchased/accessed.
