Can't combine files into one PDF.

Hi, I have tried advise from other posts and still no chance. Cannot combine any pdfs. I am using the Chrome, cannot even see the combine option on the mobile app. Please help I have several docs I need to combine. I cannot install any software as it is an organization computer.
