Can't convert a PDF, and yes I do have a subscription

H- i I have a subscription for Export PDF, and confirmed this by logging in.

However when I open Acrobat reader and click convert it tells me that I have no subscription.

Ack! Can someone help....

    I had the same question and found this link in a similar question.

    I could export all my pdf's through this web address easily.
