can't convert file to pdf

I had a trial version of XI Pro and chose to buy Adobe ExportPDF. I at first could convert files to PDF unlimited. Now I cannot at all. Does ExportPDF support unlimited conversions?

    Hi mrautoct,

    There are no limits to the number of documents that you can convert using ExportPDF. What happens when you try to convert files? Are you receiving an error message, and if so, what is it?

    For starters, please clear the browser cache and log back in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.
