asks me to pay again when i export whats up

    It can take a several hours for a subscription to process. But, if you've received your verification email and clicked the link in that email, it may just be that you haven't signed in to the service yet. Please go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
