Hi JC,Sorry for the delayed response. As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting error when trying to print to Adobe pdf in Word, is that correct? As Acrobat X is not compatible with Mac OS High Sierra, problems are to be expected. Refer to the following help document for the same:Adobe Acrobat system requirements You may try resetting preferences for Acrobat using the steps given in this link: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default. reboot the machine after resetting preferences and check if that helps. Thanks,Shivam

Hi Adobe tech team,I have the same issue suddenly arise. I can't print to pdf from Word docX. There is no error, just that nothing happens.I tried first opening Acrobat X version 10.1.16 and then File > Create > PDF from File only to get the following error:"Acrobat could not open 'lettertoeditor.docx' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF."Finally, I tried to save the Word file as a .doc file and got the following error (I have nearly 2 TB free on my newly installed SSD):"The save failed due to out of memory or disk space"How can I save to PDF?ThanksJCRunning:mac OS High Sierra version 10.13.5
