Can't download filled document

I have completed a document in the "fill & Sign" program, but it will not let me download the pdf back to my computer, or print the document. Please assist, it keeps telling me "an error has occurred, and unexpected error has occurred"

Hi trevord95867105,

Does the error occur with other forms that you've filled out and tried to download? What happens if you choose to save the PDF to your Acrobat.com online account and download it from there (rather than downloading directly to your computer)?

This is my first form, and it will not let me convert it to a pdf file.

As Sarah noted it would help to know if it is just this document or any that you try to fill in Fill & Sign and download as PDF.  It would also help to know if this happens on multiple web browsers or just on one browser.
