Can't export pdf file to word.

I do have an annual subscription but it is not working, any suggestions? thank you

    Hi astridz70425298,

    I would love to help! But please tell us a bit more--what do you mean by "it's not working." Are you getting an error message when you try to convert? Are you having trouble logging on?

    Let us know the details of the problem, and I'm sure we can help get things sorted out.
