can't export PDF for conversion to word

I have a paid subscription.  I am trying to export a PDF to convert it to a word document.  The tool menus do not offer any options.  I am logged in.

Hi Robertr,

As explained above, the tool menu doesn't show anything. So does that mean you are getting a blank screen?

I assume you are working with the Acrobat Reader DC application? Check the application whether its upto date or not?

Launch Reader>Help>Check for update.

As you have subscribed for Adobe Export PDF service, so you may check online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  whether its accessible there or not?
