Can’t export to word

Adobe won’t let me convert pdf to word. Keeps taking me to subscription page despite being logged in and having purchased a subscription in Oct for 12 month. I see others users having the same problem with adobe not giving an answer on how to resolve this issue

    When I try to use Export pdf it takes me to the Purchase screen.
