Can’t export to word

Adobe won’t let me convert pdf to word. Keeps taking me to subscription page despite being logged in and having purchased a subscription in Oct for 12 month. I see others users having the same problem with adobe not giving an answer on how to resolve this issue

    Please refer to the steps suggested in the link given below which discusses the similar issue:

    When I try to use Export pdf it takes me to the Purchase screen.
