Can't fill out one page on a PDF form

I am having trouble filling out a pdf document form. The text tool willl not work for one particular page, but works on all other pages.

What exactly is happening when you are trying to use that tool. Is it a normal form page.

Have you tried to test with different browser. Also test with different file.

If possible attach a screen shot.
