Can't get my entries to print...?

I filled in the info, saved it to Acrobat.com.  Can see the entries that I made as I hover over each box, but then it disappears again behind blue.  Go to print... no entries print!

    Hi;

    First I need to clarify what your workflow was - what exactly did you use to fill out the PDF?  There is a "Fill & Sign" website, and a "Fill & Sign" panel in Adobe Reader...  Were you using the "Fill & Sign" tab on the website https://cloud.acrobat.com/fillsign to fill out the form?  Or were you using Adobe Reader and the "Fill & Sign" tools?
