Can't log in.

Has anyone else had problems getting into their account?

I've had the ExportPDF Annual service for about 3 years and for some reason, I can't sign in. Account was charged to office card on 12/3/14.

I'm at my wits end. I've tried numerous times today. However, my email is correct, therefore the system recognizes me.

What error message, if any, are you seeing? Are you trying to log in via Adobe Reader? What happens when you try to log in to the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?

It takes me to the ExportPDF page, asking me to subscribe now.

Hi venusb,

I've checked your account, and there are no issues with your subscription. If you log in via the web interface, you should be able to use your subscription (there have been issues lately with log in via Reader).
