Can't make PDFs suddenly

I have a 12 month direct-debit contract for Adobe Reader XI with 10 months still to go. Today suddenly I can't create PDF files from my documents. Instead it keeps giving me a message offering me Acrobat XI Pro Trial 30 Days Free and won't go away. Any suggestions?

    Hi mgsphinx,

    I've checked your account--your subscription is to Acrobat Pro XI. Adobe Reader is a different (free) application.

    Where are you seeing that message? When you open Acrobat Pro? Or are you opening Reader, or accessing one of the Acrobat online services?

    Hi Sara,

    I'm getting the message when I open Acrobat Pro and also when I go to the files themselves, right click then choose 'Combine Files in Acrobat.'
