Hi jean yvesa,

I need a little more information, so that I can help you solve your printing issue. What are you printing from and to (what application, what type of printer, on Mac OS or Windows)? Is the problem happening with just one file, or any file that you try to print? What is the specific error that you're receiving?

Best,

Sara
