Can't retrieve file

Hi,

Adobe says I converted a file successfully and can retrieve it online, but there are no files in my account.

    Hi JadeSouza,

    You may visit  http://www.adobe.com/exportpdf  login with your Adobe Id and password.

    At the top left corner on the webpage you should be able to see TOOLS and FILES. Click on TOOLS and their you should be able to see you files.
