Can’t see second line

I own an I-Pad, and until reciently when I used it to do documents in Adobe Fill and Sign, I could always see both lines that I added to my document.  Now I can't see the second line until the document goes to my email, drive or other location.  This happens in every document I open, and I already closed the app,  removed it from my I-pad, the reopened it.  All with the same problem.
