Can't sign in to content viewer

I keep getting "Authentication failed" when i try to sign in to content viewer on my iphone. I got my pawwsord reset twice yesterday as an attempt to fix the problem through the technical service people at adobe.. Anyone that knows what the problem might be? I kinda need it to work before tomorrow!!!

I'm not sure what kind of phone you are using or what app you are using on that phone, but can you download the official "Adobe Reader" app from your phone's store?

Im using iPhone 5, the app is "adobe content viewer". I have adobe reader from before, but its a digital magazine I have made in Indesign i want to see with adobe content viewer. I have used it before, but now its impossible to log in.

I don't know much about Adobe Content Viewer, since I work in the Acrobat/Acrobat.com organization that produces Adobe Reader. To be honest, I didn't even know there is a Adobe Content Viewer application until you wrote about it here.

Make sure to explain that you are using an iPhone 5 and "Adobe Content Viewer".
