Question

Can't sign in while using on a PDF file. Box pops up then disappears. Adobe Reader up to date, account in good standing.

Just today my Export PDF program won't let me sign in, so I can sign my document.  Sign in box pops up then disappears right away.

Adobe reader is up to date, as is my subscription to Export PDF.  Have rebooted computer, tried different browser.

Any suggestions?  Thanks for your input!

HI Sara, thanks for your reply!

Actually, yes it seems you do need the subscription to sign a form with an actual signature in a specific font, as I had been able to do up until recently.  Not sure what changed!    I've signed out of the Adobe online website account, but still have the same problem when I go to 'Sign In' on an actual PDF file on the Tools section.  Web browser is a non-issue -- I'm working from the PDF document, not an online file.

Aggravating!

Hi HIROLLERS,

It sounds like you've tried signing in both from Reader and the web browser.

In Reader, what happens when you click the Fill & Sign tab in the Tools panel?

Have you tried clearing the browser cache, or using a different web browser?  In either case, you should be able to get to the Fill & Sign tab (you don't need an ExportPDF subscription to sign a document).

Best,

Sara
