Can't sign into account on in PDF
PDF file will not allow me to sign into my account to use conversion tools. Just signed up - keep getting the message below.

Sorry for the delay in response.
Looking at the screenshot attached, it seems that you are using the old version of Adobe Reader, if that is the case it is an expected behaviour. I would recommend installing the latest version of Adobe Reader Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
