can't view comments from in doc sent from colleague

    Hi annab69154197,

    Please tell me a bit more about the file that you're working with. I'm assuming it's a PDF since you landed in the Acrobat.com forum--are you viewing it in Acrobat or Reader, and which version?

    When you open the PDF, are there no comments in it? Or, are you seeing empty comment boxes, or comments that are too small to read? Are you able to view comments in other PDF files?

    Hi,

    Reader XI (11.0.10). I can see the color coded post notes, but when I double click or summarize comments, it says there are not comment there. lso, when I go to view it only show annotations and drawing markups.
