Can't view PDF online on PC?

I've shared a large PDF via documentcloud.adobe.com with my team. The Mac users (firefox, chrome) can all access the PDF online and leave comments just fine, but the PC users (chrome, edge) just see a spinning wheel forever and the PDF never loads?

 

We're all in the same building using the same wifi so it's not a speed issue. Tested on 2 PCs and 3 Macs, only PCs having issues.

Could you please confirm if the issue occurs only with that particular file?

Are you using the Work machines? If yes, would you mind checking it on a local machines?

Would it be possible to share the link to the document with us via the private message? If yes, you may initiate the private message using the envelope icon provided at the top right corner.

I am having the same issue - my coworker and I cannot access PDFs shared to us through Adobe Cloud from our Art Director. We are using work-issued PCs. But if I access the share alert email from my personal Mac, I can get to the PDF no problem. This is a huge issue for us, please advise!

Please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue. If yes, would you mind sharing the PDF link with su.

It would be helpful if you can share the video of the issue occurring at your end. That will help us understand the issue better.

Also, let us know how exactly the link was shared with others.
