Can't view recent additions to Adobe Cloud on Nook

My Nook is not able to see PDF files I recently uploaded to Adobe Cloud.

Please check if you can view the recently added files to Document Cloud on the desktop application.

If you can view them, then try to sign out from the application and then sign in again on your Nook.
