Can we no longer convert PDF files to Word doc?

    Hi Kcamari,

    I've checked your account, and all is well there. What happens when you try to convert PDF files to Word? Are you getting an error message? Are you unable to log in to the service?

    Please answer those questions, and also let us know whether you're logging in via the ExportPDF website, or Adobe Reader.

    We'll get to the bottom of this!

    Hi Sara - I don't get the convert info. When I click on Tools all I get is Stores File and that is where I would get Convert file to word.

    Hi Kathy,

    So it sounds like you're in Adobe Reader. Are you logged in? If so, you'll see your name in the upper-right corner (if not, you'll see a sign-in link). If you are signed in, make sure that Reader is up-to-date by choosing Help > Check for Updates.

    If that fails, would you mind sending me a screenshot? (Use the camera icon on the toolbar to add the screenshot to your post.)
