Can you attach a file to your form
I'd like to give the user the option to attach a file when they submit their response to my form. Is this possible?

Are you using Adobe FormsCentral to design your form? If so, you can add a File Attachment form field, which would allow your respondents to attach a file. Please see FormsCentral Help | Create a form for more information.
