Can you stop adobe from attaching a confirmation page to every document?

When you say stop attaching confirmation page from every document, does that means you are sending the document to someone then its attaching a confirmation page?

What exactly happening and what is the workflow that you have been following? If you could share more details that would be helpful to understand the issue in better manner.
