can you use pdf converter with free trail

i need help for school i need to convert my Mac pdf using the adobe system can it be done with the free trail and how?

If you download the 30-day Acrobat trial, you can use it to create PDF files and convert PDF files to Word and Excel format (among others).

To convert from PDF to Word (or several other formats), choose File > Save as Other.

To create PDF files, you choose File > Create.
