I did run into a road block. I want to cancel a subscription that's month to month payment, I don't have the money to pay a whole years subscription and I am still within the 30 day cancellation period.
I see--you're trying to cancel an Acrobat subscription. Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can take care of that for you. (I can cancel online subscriptions, but not Acrobat subscriptions). On the Contact Us page, choose Acrobat from the product menu, and then choose Membership, Account, Payment. Click the blue Still Need Help? button, and there you will find both phone and chat options. A quick chat wit Customer Care should get you taken care of.
