I have been charged $19.99 a month for a product I thought ONE payment of $19.99 was good for a year!!!! CANCEL

    It's sad to hear that you are unhappy with the pricing policy of Adobe products.

    If you wish to cancel the the subscription ,we would surely help you with that .

    If this is something to do with Acrobat ,I would recommend you to refer the following link to get in touch with the Adobe support team to get your subscription cancelled .
