I have attempted to cancel my subscription well without the free refund period. I completed the cancellation and have been waiting for the refund. I have not received the money so have gone back to check and it has not been processed!! I have attempted to use the chat facility but it is faulty and not allowing me to use. I have also tried to call the number provided for help but it is not working. I will not be using this subscription so will not be paying the fee. I need support cancelling this subscription as soon as possible.
