I am trying to fill out the return form for my Adobe Export PDF, however they keep asking for a serial number which I never received. It was a download.

Can you please refund my purchase. Thank you

Can you show me where you're being asked for a serial number? That's odd that you're being asked for one with a subscription. In any case, I checked your account, and it looks like it's already been canceled.
